Hi! I'm Petra Groeneveldt, and I've been working as a Spanish and French to English translator and localization project manager since 2008.
I specialize in translations from Latin American and Caribbean Spanish and French into U.S. English in the fields of law, finance, international development, marketing, and education.
There's nothing I love more than helping clients reach their goals by delivering thoroughly researched, well-written, and appropriately localized translations and end-to-end localization project management. I use industry-standard translation and project management tools and draw on my graduate-level training in translation, so you can relax knowing that your projects

Spanish and French to English Translation

I grew up in a bilingual, bicultural home and am a native U.S. English speaker and a heritage Spanish speaker. My in-depth understanding of both U.S. English and Latin American and Caribbean Spanish language, culture, and history means that each translation I deliver is faithful to the source language and sounds natural in the target language.
I am fluent in French having studied it for over 14 years, including time spent abroad in Paris, France, a bachelor's degree in French, and regular contact and professional development in French language and culture.
